Aleesha Young established herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha was also involved in activities like basketball, softball, and soccer. The first time she started bodybuilding was when she turned 15 years older. Aleesha won her pro card following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. She started competing in 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. She held on to an 8th place finish in the 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha placed sixth at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She placed in fourth place. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
